and I am passionate about seeing people become the leaders that God is calling them to be. My background is in outdoor leadership and I love how God uses His creation to teach. I have an applied degree in Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership from Mount Royal University and a Masters in Leadership from Royal Roads University. Professionally, I spent a number of years working in full-time camp ministry and for 7 years I ran an Outdoor Leadership Training School where I walked young adults through the process of becoming backpacking and canoeing leaders.
I am currently pursuing accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completing the required courses and training with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI).
Now that my main influence and leadership is with my own children, and understanding the cost and challenge of leadership, I wanted to find some avenue of encouraging those in leadership positions, whether in the home, the workplace, or ministry; hence the creation of The Eddy.
My husband Tim and I reside in the beautiful Creston Valley, BC, Canada, with our two young children. We are involved in young adults ministry and have a heart for discipling young adults and leading our children well.
